My experience was the best car buying experience I have had. I’ve probably purchased 30 cars over my lifetime and 4-5 have been through Mullinax over multiple locations. From the start Shantill Steele was great. I inquired online about availability and she let me know someone had an appointment to view it and to call before coming in so I didn’t waste my time driving. TY for that. Dealers usually lure you in anyway they can get you in the door. The next day she let me know the vehicle was available and I went in. She already had the keys ready to go. The GM who was so calming and chill looked at my trade and made me the best offer I had received for my trade. The paperwork came quick. No fees, no BS just straight numbers. We agreed on terms and off I went to finance who did not push the warranties and gap insurance. He offered them, asked questions but respected my answer. The balance was slightly off and they went above and beyond and got it taken care of the same morning. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend Vero Beach Mullinax and if you’re lucky you’ll get Shantill Steele to work with you.

We traveled 3 hours over to Vero Beach to make this deal based on our initial communications with Kristian , and were not disappointed. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I walked in and told my salesman Tim what car I wanted to buy and drove away in less than an hour. While I was finishing up with finance, Tim was filling up my Bronco so I could drive away with no worries. Please do yourself a favor and make Mullinax in Vero your first stop...you won't be sorry!

Our only problem was picking out what truck we wanted to get ! Sales staff were very nice and helpful to us and they were willing to give us some help with our truck purchase!
