Where do I start, hands down best ford dealer I ever been to I brought my 2019 f150 in for service for major oil consumption issues and Kevin Brittell was my service advisor he took care of me and exceeded my expectations along the way, they ended up needing to replace my engine and it was covered through ford and was told it would take about a week. 2 days later my truck was done and ready to go with a new engine. I’m blown away with this dealer. We moved from Illinois and up there it’s always excuses and we can’t figure out what’s wrong bring it back 100 times. Moving here and finding my forever ford dealer right away is what makes me happy knowing my vehicle is in good hands. I’ll never go anywhere else thanks again Kevin for making the process smooth and keeping me updated.

I bought a truck from Alex melgar last night. The truck itself is amazing and dealing with Alex has been equally as great, he is patient and well informed. He made the process extremely easy, and had pretty much everything done with me prior so as to avoid wasting multiple hours at the dealership. No high pressure to buy, from sales to finance. That was unexpected. The cost of the vehicle was precisely as advertised. There was no infamous Florida dealer fee.

Recently purchased an Audi A4 and the process was smooth. Unfortunately, as soon as I drove a mile down a few sensors went off & I noticed a chip in the windshield. They were quick to rectify the issue & the glass ended up being repaired at no cost to me. This isn’t my first rodeo so I had a diagnostic ran on the car and some concerns popped up. Nothing crazy but still things that initially should’ve popped up IF their CPO/Used car dept. was actually doing quality inspections. I don’t like that after I purchased the vehicle I had to go back several times to fix the issue. I also had the vehicle inspected by Audi and they found rat damage to a wire in the wire harness. I don’t agree or like how even though they fixed the issue they did not provide any paperwork or pictures of work. However , both Coop & Annette were very accommodating & they did provide a loaner vehicle. I wouldn’t trust their inspection process and would highly recommend getting your car diagnosed right after purchase. I believe their customer service is better than most & the car is actually a GOOD car for an extremely fair price. However, as feedback I would suggest they double down on their service department. Also, while purchasing the car I was told the car would be detailed and although we waited . The car was not detailed & was sent back to be detailed. Still, the car came back and shocker - still not detailed . All they did was toss the obvious trash out. Still bizarre no one checked if the car was clean before having it available on the lot. I am considering purchasing another vehicle with them but we will see how this next year goes.
