Our service agent was Kevin, he was super polite and explained every detail since the beginning. He stayed in contact every week with updates, checking in and always available for any questions. Service Advisor Kevin Brittell went above and beyond to help us with our car. We had bought a 2020 Ford Edge from another dealership and they couldn’t or wouldn’t help us. Kevin took charge and diagnosed the issue; then handled the warranty which covered the repair cost. He kept us informed, got a loaner!! If we could give more stars we would!!
