They even stayed late to make sure everything was completed and went above and beyond by helping us remove the bed cover from one of our trade-ins. One thing that really stood out was Kristian’s kindness. While we were signing paperwork, he kept our toddler entertained and even played part-time babysitter, which made the experience so much easier for our family. The customer service here is second to none. We truly appreciate how well we were treated, and it’s the reason we’ve now purchased three vehicles from Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach. Sam at Mullinax Ford is the kindest salesman I’ve ever met! We were able to communicate about a car I was interested in before coming in person. That car ended up being sold. The next morning, Sam noticed it was still in the parking lot and followed up, come to find out the sale never went through. Anyone else would’ve just carried on with their day but Sam’s attentiveness and dedication to making customer’s happy got me my dream car!! I didn’t feel any stress or pressure that I have felt at other dealerships in town. 10/10 would recommend

Kristyn should definitely be the service GOAT! I was visiting from out of town and was stuck on the highway. Kristyn waived her magic wand and made it possible for me to get my car into service while in the nick of time. (She even gave me some sound advice about staying away from the coyotes in the area i was abandoned in).
