In February my fiancé bought a pick up truck, and his experience was amazing. So amazing that a month later we decided to trade my car in as well. Shena went above and beyond for us and we were extremely happy. 6 months later we had an issue that was brought to management as well as bringing in a vehicle for repair. Long story short we were very disappointed. We decided that we didn’t want to keep said vehicle the sales team when ABOVE and beyond to make things right with us. Shena, Chandler, Will, and Dan were exceptional in making us drive away with something we truly love and feel safe in. Besides the purchasing a new car we had two small children with us which isn’t the greatest because they are children and get bored very easily, Mullinax ford has a play area for children and when my one year old was fussy during the signing the nicest cashier pushed him around the showroom in his stroller so that I wasn’t stressed during signing paperwork. Mullinax Ford in vero beach made us feel like family, and that’s not something you see and experience everyday when purchasing a vehicle.
