Best car buying experience I've had. No dealership fees, excellent prices (my truck was rated "great buy" on autotrader) plus fair trade-in values, topped with excellent staff. Carol the saleslady was just fantastic. I sent an inquiry about my new truck, and was able to get a trade-in value and estimated payments so basically all I had to do was show up and sign paperwork with Ruben, who was also very friendly and personable. Carol showed me the truck, pointing out all the storage areas so I knew where they were, how to open them, etc. Plus she walked me through downloading the ford app and all the tech components that have been upgraded since my last vehicle (which is A LOT in 10 years).
