Had to get my differential fixed. Kristen was my service advisor and she was absolutely amazing. Had my service scheduled quickly communicated super efficiently. I knew the whole process because of Kristen. She set up a loaner car that was amazing and my car works perfect. Everything was fixed in a swift and timely manner. If you are a woman, have a daughter, or just want to be treated with respect and honesty, Julian is your guy!!! He took his time to show me a variety of cars and did an amazing job explaining the advantages of each one. He also went into detail about the different certifications Ford offers for used cars. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He was not pushy what’s so ever and again, really took the time to work with me. After what started as a frustrating day looking for cars turned into a great experience. 10/10 recommend. Not your “typical cars salesman” that’s for sure. Julian and the whole staff are amazing. If you need a new car look no further. This is definitely the place to go!
