Another second-to-none service from Mullinax Ford! I recently had warranty paint work done on my Mach E at Mullinax Ford Collision Center in Vero Beach, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was second to none. From the manager Wayne calling to go over my concerns, and then getting me in quick and taking his time to go over my car upon my arrival, to Sarah his on-top-of-everything assistant making sure I had a reliable rental car and keeping me in the loop with almost daily updates on the work status of my car (and checking in after I picked it up). Everyone was more than professional, so responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done 110% right. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, which was especially appreciated. They also took care of some additional dings and dents that weren’t covered under warranty, and my out-of-pocket cost was more than fair. I really appreciated that they worked with me to get everything taken care of without making the additional repairs feel excessive or overpriced. The end result is fantastic — my car looks brand new again! The paint work is beautiful, the dents and dings are gone, and the attention to detail really shows. I had about a three-hour round trip to the Mullinax Ford-Vero Beach collision Center since my local Mullinax in WPB (shout out to Josh Bourget!) does not have an onsite body shop, but it was/is absolutely worth the drive to Mullinax Ford in Vero if you need any body/paint fixes needed on your Ford. When you find a dealership and body shop that provide this level of quality, service, speed, and fairness, you stick with them. The Mullinax family of dealerships has never let me down. Thank you to the entire Mullinax Vero Beach body shop team for taking such great care of my car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll gladly make the drive to Mullinax Collision Center in Vero again (hopefully not anytime soon tho)! Side note: This is now the 3rd Mullinax dealership I have had the pleasure of working with and I also absolutely love, love, love my Mach E.

Exceptional experience at Mullinax Ford of Vero. We came to only test drive the trucks they had in stock and let with one. Christian Jaramillo was so great to work with and by far better than any other sales person we had worked with, even after we told him we were not buying a truck and were only there to test drive, that we left that day having purchased a vehicle. Where do I start, hands down best ford dealer I ever been to I brought my 2019 f150 in for service for major oil consumption issues and Kevin Brittell was my service advisor he took care of me and exceeded my expectations along the way, they ended up needing to replace my engine and it was covered through ford and was told it would take about a week. 2 days later my truck was done and ready to go with a new engine. Recently purchased an Audi A4 and the process was smooth. Unfortunately, as soon as I drove a mile down a few sensors went off & I noticed a chip in the windshield. They were quick to rectify the issue & the glass ended up being repaired at no cost to me. This isn’t my first rodeo so I had a diagnostic ran on the car and some concerns popped up. Nothing crazy but still things that initially should’ve popped up IF their CPO/Used car dept. was actually doing quality inspections. I don’t like that after I purchased the vehicle I had to go back several times to fix the issue. I also had the vehicle inspected by Audi and they found rat damage to a wire in the wire harness. I don’t agree or like how even though they fixed the issue they did not provide any paperwork or pictures of work. However , both Coop & Annette were very accommodating & they did provide a loaner vehicle. I wouldn’t trust their inspection process and would highly recommend getting your car diagnosed right after purchase. I believe their customer service is better than most & the car is actually a GOOD car for an extremely fair price. However, as feedback I would suggest they double down on their service department. Also, while purchasing the car I was told the car would be detailed and although we waited . The car was not detailed & was sent back to be detailed. Still, the car came back and shocker - still not detailed . All they did was toss the obvious trash out. Still bizarre no one checked if the car was clean before having it available on the lot. I am considering purchasing another vehicle with them but we will see how this next year goes.

I feel like I got a great deal on my car that I was trading in and my new vehicle I purchased, which was a 2027 Expedition Max. Working with the F&I went very smooth. They could not have made this transaction any easier or more convenient for me. I bought the car online. They delivered it to my house and picked up my trade-in and the car was everything. I hoped it would be.

My lease was coming up so my husband and I spent a Saturday visiting the various dealerships in town. I *hate* the song and dance of car buying, and at each dealership we experienced one red flag after another. Pushy salesman, sneaky salesman, disrespectful salesman. I understand it’s their job, but I don’t care for the game. The only one that made me feel comfortable and set itself apart from the others was Mullinax Ford (Vero). They were the only one who didn’t try to squeeze numbers out of us when we said, “we just want to test drive.” No ridiculous papers, no “give us your contact information so we can spam you about coming back later.” It was no nonsense, and I really appreciate that. We worked with Kristian K. There’s two that work there— we worked with the bald one (their joke, not mine). From the start he was kind, patient, and listened to what my husband and I had to say. He didn’t talk down to us, listened to our needs, and asked polite questions but didn’t pry further than what I was comfortable with. He didn’t dig into us to try and find selling points aside from the ones we were willing to share of our own accord. I’ve dealt with salesmen that try to force a connection based on what they can squeeze out of you, and Kristian didn’t do that. Our initial interaction was positive enough to where my husband and I decided to work with him further. Over the course of a week we put Kristian through the wringer to find the car I had been looking for. Any issue that may have come up, he found a healthy solution. Even when the car of interest wasn’t available, he was able to show us what we could expect with an example on a lot. He even kept an eye out for any parts of a vehicle that might have been a concern, and would steer us away from what could have been a bad purchase (a certain hail-damaged car comes to mind). When the final day came around and we were about ready to make our purchase, I requested some extra eyes to check over the vehicle again for my peace of mind. Kristian and the Mullinax Ford crew (there’s one in particular that comes to mind. Josef, I believe. Shout out to that sweet heart) went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough for their patience. I know I was a paranoid pill, but it was a big purchase and they understood my concerns. I loved my old car, but I’m *very* happy with the one Kristian helped me get. Who knew I’d be a mustang girl?

Kevin took charge and diagnosed the issue; then handled the warranty which covered the repair cost. He kept us informed, got a loaner!! If we could give more stars we would!!
