Kristyn should definitely be the service GOAT! I was visiting from out of town and was stuck on the highway. Kristyn waived her magic wand and made it possible for me to get my car into service while in the nick of time. (She even gave me some sound advice about staying away from the coyotes in the area i was abandoned in).
Ask for Frank Felkey - he and his team were awesome to deal with. Not pushy, gives honest opinions, and will work to get you the best possible deal. I bought my last truck out of state because dealing with Florida dealerships was horrendous. A coworker referred me over to Frank and I reluctantly said I’d contact him - thinking I’d just have the same experience I’ve come to know. Well he didn’t disappoint and we got a deal done. Best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had! Kristian (with a k)was by far the nicest, most thorough salesperson you could ask for. We traveled 3 hours over to Vero Beach to make this deal based on our initial communications with Kristian , and were not disappointed. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I walked in and told my salesman Tim what car I wanted to buy and drove away in less than an hour. While I was finishing up with finance, Tim was filling up my Bronco so I could drive away with no worries. Please do yourself a favor and make Mullinax in Vero your first stop...you won't be sorry!
Buying a used car from Mullinax was the simplest car buying experience I've ever encountered! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I valued that the initial price they listed for the car was fair, eliminating any need for haggling. The whole process was seamless, and the vehicle, although four years old, was in outstanding, like-new condition.

I recently purchased a Ford F-150 XLT Sport from Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach and could not be happier with the experience. The process was seamless from start to finish — not a single snag.
I'll be honest, I made a mistake early on and had them start writing up the wrong vehicle, confusing a 4-door for a 4WD. Best vehicle purchase process I have ever experienced. Purchase price was exactly as advertised on their website + tax & tag. I easily made the purchase/trade over text and a couple of phone calls. Chandler did an outstanding job of making that happen. I was extremely pleased with him as my sales rep and finance was very pleasant to work with as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had a lovely buying experience with Coop. Very friendly and straightforward. There was an issue with the headlights of the used car that I purchased but it was taken care of quickly by the Sales and Service departments. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade in again.

I have never had a better experience buying a car than with Mullinax Vero. Expressed interest online re: a Maverick. Got a call back 10 minutes later from Frank. Couple days later I drove from Miami to Vero to get the reasonably priced truck. No funny business - no games. Upfront pricing (and no dealer fees!). Frank got a lot of the paperwork done before I showed up. Did a quick test drive, signed the papers and I was out of there in 75 minutes. Love these people!
