Service Advisor Kevin Brittell went above and beyond to help us with our car. We had bought a 2020 Ford Edge from another dealership and they couldn’t or wouldn’t help us. Kevin took charge and diagnosed the issue; then handled the warranty which covered the repair cost. He kept us informed, got a loaner!! If we could give more stars we would!! No pressure sale. Made the whole process easy. Didn't like the no military discount on a used vehicle only new especially when the sale was 27k. Other than that not complaints. I recommend this dealership!
Had to get my differential fixed. Kristen was my service advisor and she was absolutely amazing. Had my service scheduled quickly communicated super efficiently. I knew the whole process because of Kristen. She set up a loaner car that was amazing and my car works perfect. Everything was fixed in a swift and timely manner. Great experience here, and I have bought a lot of cars. No pressure, no nonsense, good deal. They worked with me on my trade and gave me well over carmax to make the deal happen. Christian as the sales guy was the best. Julian was great! The entire process was smooth and painless. No haggling, great trade-in value, great rebates and military discount. No high pressure financing options. Would strongly recommend Mullins Forf in Vero to anyone shopping for a vehicle. The dealership is ran by a WM (fantastic person). In my honest opinion, Julian Cota deserves a promotion or a significant raise!

Working with Tim was easy. He showed us what we wanted to see and didn't push at all. Our used car purchase went as the deal er's ads said it would: no hassle, fair price. However, like all our experiences with Mullinax over several years, we had to sit around waiting more than seemed reasonable when Tim went off to interact with the business people involved in our deal. That aspect of our experience could certainly have been better.
Cooper the salesman was awesome. He helped me learn the entire vehicle. Then I brought my wife and he went over everything again. Today I bought the vehicle and he showed me neutral tow one more time. He really cared about me and made sure I was completely satisfied.
